​Designed for in-home and busy professionals outside who dislike the normal gym setting. Complete with badass lifts and active rest dance parties, you'll get a fun pump while refining skills.  

The Intro is between 1-4 sixty minute sessions to teach you the basics of lifting in your environment.  Whether that's a globo-gym or park bench, we'll work with what you have to create some workout variations designed using advanced assessment and programming protocols.  Check out my full experience sheet or follow the links below to investigate individual methods further.
